From check in through my exam to choosing frames and lenses, I had the best experience I’ve had in 40 years of having to deal with this process. I normally don’t use the doctors office for buying my glasses because typically it’s more expensive but I was pleasantly surprised to find that wasn’t the case and the service was far superior. Harbor Eyecare is the best eye center I have ever been to. They are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to accommodate any situation. I highly recommend them to anyone. For example, I have a few unopened boxes of contacts that are my old prescription, and they will exchange them for credit toward your next order. When I called, I had just ripped my last contact of my new script, and they gave me a pair to use while I waited for my order to come in. Wonderful people, wonderful service, wonderful establishment. 5+++ stars.

Never had glasses before.  I received a comprehensive exam.  The doctor took the time to discuss everything with me, along with all of my options.  The best experience was the fitting of for my eyeglasses.  She focused on me.  There was no rush.  Lots of options, and I was really happy with the results.  I found out after my son was going here too!  Great place.
